We have chosen three great areas for our running training sessions from the many attractive places to run in North London.
We use Hampstead Heath in North London as the main base for our running training courses. Easily accessible by road, rail, bus, tube or bicycle, this beautiful area offers plenty of open space for a wide range of running sessions. We can also use the excellent 400 metre all-weather track for training. Our meeting point is at the Bandstand near the track and cafe. Showers and lockers are available at the track.
For a change, or when we need some flatter routes, we use Regent’s Park – another wonderful London open space. Easily accessible again by road, rail, bus, tube or bike, our meeting place is at The Hub, where you will find showers, lockers and a cafe with lovely views of the park.
Our third venue is just a short distance away from Regent’s Park in Primrose Hill. This is a great space that we can use for hill and speed training. Our meeting place for Primrose Hill is also at The Hub (see above).
